Prometheus Research (now IQVIA) partnered with us to design their Research Staff Portal: an integrated data management platform powering clinical trial operations.

Built for research coordinators and clinicians, the portal simplifies study configuration, participant enrollment, data entry, and consent tracking in one central interface.

The Research Staff Portal became the operational heart of dozens of clinical trials, helping research teams onboard patients faster, reduce consent errors, and track real-time progress without juggling multiple systems. It laid the foundation for a scalable, compliant ecosystem at the intersection of research and technology.

The platform is modular and form-driven, making it easy to configure studies without engineering input. We introduced role-based access controls for staff, coordinators, and data entry users, ensuring clear separation of responsibilities.
