New on Built In: training won't fix bad AI design

Published in Built In: why the answer to AI tools producing poor design output is not more prompting tutorials. The problem is upstream — in how the tools are designed, what they optimise for, and the assumptions baked into their defaults. Teaching people to work around bad defaults is not the same as fixing them.
